Fantastic hotel, very clean, good size rooms for Japan, well located and brilliant staff. Convenience store really close and Starbucks in the hotel lobby.

Pleasant Room for a family
The room was very pleasant with a good set up. It was nice to have a sofa and the bath was larger than some business hotels. Starbucks on the first floor was convenient for breakfast.
The smoking room was in the hall outside our room. We could smell some smoke in our room, but it wasn't overpowering. The rates were high, but probably to be expected because of Obon.

Excellent. I highly recommend the Royal Hotel for a pleasant over night stay.
Location, cleanliness, parking and polite staff. Very comfortable room. My favorite hotel to stay, while in Morioka.

Very Good
Very friendly staff, large and comfortable room, excellent breakfast for about 1500 yen. Starbucks on the ground floor (basically in the lobby) serves good coffee.
